Privacy Policy

What we collect

Voxuu is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require accounts, emails, or personal information to use our service.

• Display name — chosen by you when joining a call. Stored temporarily in your browser session and deleted when you close the tab.
• Chat messages — stored temporarily on our servers for 24 hours so participants can see message history, then automatically deleted.
• Video & audio — transmitted directly between participants via WebRTC (peer-to-peer). We do not record, store, or have access to your video or audio streams.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser session storage to remember your display name during a call. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party scripts.

Infrastructure

Our servers are located in the United States (US-East). Video and audio data is transmitted peer-to-peer via WebRTC and does not pass through our servers unless a TURN relay is required for connectivity.

Data retention

Call metadata and chat messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not maintain any long-term user data.
